| 조직은 말로 바뀌지 않는다. 슬로건, 포스터, 캠페인, 메시지?이 모든 것은 변화의 무대장치일 뿐이다. 진짜 변화는 보이지 않는 시스템에서 시작된다. 회의 일정이 언제 잡히는가, 보상 구조가 무엇을 강화하는가, 피드백이 어떻게 이루어지는가. 그것이 문화의 언어이자 조직의 실제 행동규범이다. 커뮤니케이션은 표면이고, 시스템은 뼈대다. 지금 기업들은 “좋은 말” 대신 “다르게 작동하는 구조”를 만들기 시작했다. |
